My wedding experience spans over 15 years. I. Know. Weddings. I know this industry from the inside out. I know the issues that can arise for a couple or vendor. Not just because I was - and now am again - a vendor, but also because my wedding, for which I worked SO hard for did not go as planned due to some of the vendors I put my trust in. My unique details and design were overshadowed by the issues of the day. I was not focused on the most important memories of my wedding day. I was very focused on what went wrong.
I was determined to not let it happen to anyone else.

In 2006, I started my multi-service company. I started as a planner/coordinator, based off my own wedding experience, then added DJing because I know and love music. I eventually added Pittsburgh-inspired invitations. I worked with amazing clients wedding vendors. I was booked almost every weekend and as my experience improved, I was able to raise my pricing which made a world of difference. We will be talking about pricing in a future post. In January 2012, I made the decision to close to focus on family. I created the Facebook group to get rid of my leftover goods from my wedding and business.
Well, little did I know that my wedding career was far from over. The Facebook group has turned into what is today, I created the successful Wedding Flea Market resale event concept and now I also own a small wedding venue.
My social media experience has been noticed directly by Facebook. I was one of only 100 admins in the world to be selected for the Facebook Community Leadership Program and have been featured in their blog. I am also certified Community Manager through Facebook Blueprint.
I. Love. Weddings. I do what I love. I am good at what I do. I am proud of what I have created.
I am a serial wedding entrepreneur with my heart on my sleeve. I am a big people-pleaser. I am always thinking about what problems I can solve and what help can I offer. I want everyone to benefit and feel great about their big day as well as the wedding businesses who also put their heart into their craft. So we ask: How can I help you? Let’s hear from you.
